1. Introduction
Welcome to (DoctorVoice Technology Ltd) ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of our voice messaging app ("DoctorVoice") that connects users ("you", "your", "User") to doctors for health consulting and e-med services. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use our App.
2. Services Provided
Our App allows Users to:
- Submit voice recordings describing health complaints.
- Capture and upload images of the affected area.
- Upload lab tests, Radiology, and other medical reports.
- Pay per consultation or subscribe monthly for ongoing medical consultation responses from accredited doctors.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
- Not use the App to harm, harass, or defraud any person or entity.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
5. Medical Consultations
The information and consultations provided by doctors through our App constitute medical guidance. Always provide accurate and comprehensive information to the doctors to help them understand your symptoms.
The consultations are based on the information you provide. Incomplete or inaccurate information can affect the quality of the medical guidance and next steps from your doctor.
Our doctors are licensed and accredited professionals, but the App is not a substitute for an in-person consultation. In case of emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
You agree to follow up with your primary healthcare provider after using our service and inform them of any guidance or next steps suggested through the App.
Doctors may request additional tests such as X-rays and laboratory tests for follow-up to support your care.
The Company is not liable for any adverse outcomes arising from the use of the App if based on incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
Doctors are responsible for any errors in their medical guidance or recommendations.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
- Users can choose to pay per consultation or subscribe monthly for ongoing services.
- Payment information must be provided at the time of purchase.
- All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

- In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any adverse outcomes from the medical guidance received.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to any medical guidance or recommendations provided through the App, or your violation of this Agreement.
11. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
